Rental Conditions
Policies and agreement
All renters must present a valid driver’s license at the time of pick-up. The license must be issued in the renter’s name and remain valid throughout the rental period. International drivers are welcome, but if your license is not in English, an International Driving Permit (IDP) may also be required.
We accept major credit and debit cards. A valid card is required for the security deposit. Cash is also accepted.
To maintain the luxury condition of our vehicles, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the car. Pets are not allowed unless they are secured in an appropriate carrier. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if these policies are violated.
The minimum age to rent our vehicles is 21 years old. Renters under this age may not be eligible, even with additional insurance. A valid government-issued ID is required at the time of rental to verify age.
